Terri Tutt has spent her career at the intersection of real estate, lending, and legal paperwork. After 16 years as a mortgage lender — closing thousands of home loans and helping families through every kind of property transaction imaginable — she became a California Legal Document Assistant so she could help people directly with the paperwork that gets in the way of their plans.
